July Friday Night Sew In & A Summer Midnight Rain

Summer is so busy, but I did find time to do the Friday Night Sew In. Below are my results.

I am completely finished with 9 out of 24 blocks on my Courthouses steps lap quilt. My other blocks are getting very close to done to. My goal is to have this top together and ready to be machine quilted by September.

On an extremely hot summer evening there's nothing like a nice shower to help the crops grow. Below is a night time picture our rain.

Like many other farm families, we spend time out on the porch in the evenings. I like the special times with family and friends watching it rain.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Kay'z Quiltz and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in The United States of America . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Kay'z Quiltz's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Kay'z Quiltz may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
