True Cut Product Review

I have seen advertisements for the True Cut blade sharpener and had the opportunity to buy one at a quilt show.

This certainly is a safe method to sharpen your rotary cutter blades and you don't have to remove the blade from your cutter.  It's a little expensive, but I think over several years it will pay for its self.
Please don't ask how I used to sharpen my blades--it was dangerous and my husband is very happy that I'm using a safer method to sharpen my blades.  While I'm on the subject of rotary cutter safety, do you wear shoes when you're using your cutter?  I'm guilty as the next quilter in wearing flip-flops while cutting, but one accidental drop on your foot could land you in the emergency room.

Above is my friend that I enjoy outside my kitchen window.
He visits and quickly leaves, but I finally got a picture of him to show you :)

Happy Quilting!

Kay, cool cutter! I hope you now wear footwear when you use your cutter!!

Wonderful bird shot too! Yesterday morning I was standing out front looking over at the marshland behind the house across the street and saw a huge family of white egrets! All different sizes and ages from babies to adults. It was awesome!
