A Quilter's Garage Sale From Heaven

There are very few times I find a really great bargain, but last Friday I ran across a quilter's garage sale.  Quilt books were seventy-five cents for paperback and one dollar for hardback books.
Top quality quilt fabrics were two dollars per pound of fabric.
My quilting friend from quilt club, Joann, bought a nice sewing machine at the same garage sale.
I'm "sew" happy that she has a newer machine and there is a sewing machine dealer in town that can help her out if she ever needs any repairs.
Hope everyone is enjoying the summer!
I have been enjoying going to garage sales and spending time with family.
Fall will be here before we know it and I am looking for harvest to be early this year with the extremely dry weather conditions our farm has experienced this summer.

Happy Quilting!

I found a garage sale like that several years ago before I was heavily addicted to quilting. Still came home with a car full of stuff. I remember the quilting books at this sale were free and I nearly took them all for the library. I've never seen another sale like that one. Such fun.
